How it works
How to Book
Book online
Head to “Book a Ride” and fill in your trip details. Make sure you are organizing trips which needs pick up with at least 10 hours. Complete payment — you’ll get a confirmation by email straight away. Your request is then sent out to all our available drivers. As soon your trip is closer to the date and time, you’ll receive a text from your assigned driver details with his vehicle details as well.
Managing Your Booking
Once you’ve booked, you’re not locked in — you’re in control right up until your trip
Need to change something? Just forward your confirmation to bookings@utotransfer.co.uk or call 07596266901 and one of our assistants will make the change for you —
Need to cancel? You can cancel free of charge any time up to 3 hours before your pickup (see our Cancellation Policy).
Want to speak to your driver directly? On the day of your trip booked, driver will get in contact with you and you’re welcome to contact them directly for anything trip-related.
